NHM CHO Vacancy: There is good news for the candidates who want to do government jobs in the health sector. The last date to apply for Community Health Officer in Uttar Pradesh National Health Mission is 17th November. The age of the candidate for these posts should be between 21-40 years.
Reserved category is given relaxation in upper age. Candidates will be selected on the basis of computer based test and document verification. Application fee is free for all categories of candidates.
Age Limit and Application Form Fee:
To fill the application form for the posts of Community Health Officer, the minimum age of the candidates has been kept at 21 years and maximum 40 years. Calculate the age on the basis of instructions given in the notification and for SC ST candidates it is 5 years and for OBC category it is 3 years. There is a provision for relaxation in age limit
There is no fee of any kind for filling the application form. Candidates of all categories can apply absolutely free of cost.
National Health Mission Qualification:
For this recruitment, candidates should have a degree in B.Sc (Nursing) from a recognized university. Apart from this, candidates who have done Integrated Certificate in Community Health or Post Basic in Nursing, B.Sc. degree along with Integrated Certificate in CCHN are also eligible to apply.

CHO Recruitment Selection Process:
Selection of eligible candidates from the application forms received for the posts of Uttar Pradesh will be done on the basis of written examination, document verification and medical test.
Candidates will be given 2 hours time for the written examination in which 100 multiple choice questions will be asked. It is mandatory for the candidates to score 33% marks to pass the examination.
