Haryana Government has started a new portal for Happy Card, through which people will be able to apply online.
Happy card will be made separately for each member of the family
To avail the benefits of Happy Card, you will have to apply online. Under this card, the beneficiary will get the benefit of free travel of 1000 kilometers every year. Through Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Parivahan Yojana, beneficiaries will be connected to the e-ticketing system to enjoy free travel in Haryana Roadways buses, and a smart card (Happy Card) will be issued. Haryana government will spend approximately Rs 600 crore for this scheme. Under the scheme, a separate happy card will be made for each member of the family. For the Happy Card, the beneficiary will have to pay a fee of ₹ 50, apart from this the cost of the card will be ₹ 109 and the annual maintenance fee of ₹ 79 will be borne by the government.

Necessary eligibility for Haryana Happy Card
- To avail the benefits of the scheme, the applicant must be a native of the state of India.
- Under the scheme, families of Haryana whose annual income is Rs 1 lakh or less will be eligible to avail benefits.
- The families who come under Antyodaya category will also be given the benefit of this scheme.
