What is Achar Sanhita?:
Some rules have been prepared by the Election Commission to conduct independent and fair elections in the country in the country. These rules are called the code of conduct. It is compulsory for all political parties and candidates participating in the election.
If a candidate or political party violates the Model Code of Conduct, the Election Commission can take action according to the rules, such as the candidate can be prevented from contesting the election, if necessary, criminal lawsuit can also be filed.
